Val Viaduero Tinto Oak Aged 2008 70cl

This is an excellent Tempranillo from a wee place in Spain called Toro. Toro has over 3000 hours of sunshine per year, putting it just above Glasgow as a holiday destination for sun seekers. These beautifully ripened grapes make a wine that is an excellent alternative to Rioja.

And on the producer...Toro Valduero set out to make the same quality of wines in Toro as they do in Ribera del Duero, and (oh boy) have they succeeded!
