Sauvignon Blanc Tekoko Cloudy Bay 2007 75cl

This is Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you known it.  Made with wild yeasts and a bit of barrel fermentation.  It has an interesting nose of herb-infused butter and barrel-ferment notes. Richly composed, with a nice mouthfeel of green fruit and buttercream.
