Pouilly-Fuisse "Pentacrine" Saumaize-Michelin 2008 75cl

Pouilly Fuisse Pentacrine…One of my wines of the year, this is organic, biodynamic and (crucially) downright tasty.

This comes from 5 different vineyards all of which are covered in small fossils “Pentacrine”.  This is hugely complex with dried apricot, spice, toast, vanilla and an overriding creamy palate.
