Mas Cristine Cotes du Roussillon Blanc 2009 75cl

Made from Marsanne, Roussane and Grenache Gris with a touch of Maccabeu and Carignan Blanc. 50% of the wine is fermented and aged in oak.  Quite lush and full on the palate, with white pepper and the zesty side of the citrus offering a nice counterpoint to the wine’s sheer ripeness and creaminess of texture.
