Chardonnay, La Rareté 2008
A beautifully crafted white wine made from the most noble of white grape varieties;
Chardonnay. These grapes have been picked at optimum ripeness, which can be seen immediately by the rich golden colour and can be appreciated by the full tropical fruit flavours, which abound in this wine.

Grenache / Syrah, La Rareté 2008
A beautifully crafted red wine made using the two most opulent red grape varieties;
Grenache and Syrah. This blend produces a rich, rounded, voluptuously soft style of wine with flavours of spice, cherries and a hint of cassis.

Cabernet / Merlot Rosé, La Rareté 2008
A beautifully crafted rosé wine made from a blend of the two most aristocratic red grape varieties;
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The colour exhibits great depth for a rosé wine and the aroma is intoxicating, emitting a strawberry and raspberry essence which follows through onto the palate.
