These multi-award winning wines are produced by Joe and Heather Ceravolo, who have established a substantial business in the Adelaide Plains region moving from contract grape growing, to harvesting and vinifying their own estate grown fruit.

Pinot Grigio - Ceravolo Estate 2008
A subtle white wine with a lingering rounded palate. Clean, fresh and crisp, gentle acidity & flinty nuances .. A subtle beginning, then the tastebuds dance to vibrant flavours and textures of ripe pear, honeysuckle and golden straw.

Sauvignon Blanc - Ceravolo Estate 2008
Bottled young to capture its vibrant fresh style – leafy and herbaceous aromas with a zesty palate of limes, lychees and green apples made for immediate enjoyment to enhance all manor of lightly spiced foods, seafood and salads or ideal as an aperitif.

Sangiovese - Ceravolo Estate 2007
Aromas of violets, cherries & raspberry with soft velvety, aromatic and spicy characters after aging for 12 months in French and American oak.

Shiraz - Ceravolo Estate 2007

Rich colours and full fruit character – ripe mulberries, blackberry, black cherry, strawberry, blueberry with a hint of chocolate and oriental spice. Aged for 12 months on sweet, toasty American and French oak. Soft fleshy palate lingering with a velvety feel. Enjoy it now or for medium term cellaring.

Petit Verdot - Ceravolo Estate 2007
Petit Verdot is a grape well known for its ability to provide dense colour, flavour and tannin structure. This wine is a beauty with a rich, spicy palate that leads to a complex palate of peppery fruit, layered with hints of cherry, plum and blackcurrant underpinned with good tannic structure.

Sangiovese Rose - Ceravolo Estate 2008
100% estate grown - single vineyard. With a fresh, fruity zing … Classic varietal cherry and strawberry flavours overlaying a soft texture and crisp finish with an elegant balance of fruit, sweetness and acidity with a touch of natural tannin.
