The aszús are characterised by the intense Botrytis, lemon, orange and spicy fragrances. The wines from the vintage of 1998 are elegant, fine, round in the mouth, filled with creme.

Barrel ageing in oak for two years in underground cellars, with one year of bottle aging. This is golden yellow in colour. Fresh on the nose with wild flowers and exotic fruits, quince, nectarine, guava and honeyed richness. Full- bodied with a long aftertaste. Good accompaniment to fois gras, blue cheeses and desserts made with apples, apricots and other fruits or fruit salads. It can also be enjoyed on its own.
